Interview: 1st Round Virtual + 2nd Round Face-to-Face

Key Responsibilities
Understand and analyze US IT job requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other recruitment platforms.
Identify candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
Conduct initial candidate screening and explain job opportunities.

Requirements
Any Graduate / Diploma candidate can apply.
Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive interpersonal and convincing skills.
Strong willingness to learn and build a career in US IT Recruitment.

Interview Process
Round 1 – Virtual Interview
Communication skills, basic recruitment understanding, interest in US IT recruitment, and general HR discussion.
Round 2 – Face-to-Face Interview
Final interview at the Whitefield, Bangalore office.
