Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - HVAC IR to lead the execution and delivery of Industrial Refrigeration and HVAC projects. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, cost control,



resource allocation, quality assurance, and timely project completion while ensuring compliance with safety standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete project lifecycle for Industrial Refrigeration (IR) and HVAC projects from kickoff to commissioning and handover.
Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource deployment strategies.
Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to achieve project milestones.
Ensure adherence to project budget, profitability targets, and contractual obligations.
Lead site execution teams and supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and system handover activities.
Manage procurement coordination, material planning, and vendor performance.
