Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Site Engineer - IBMS to support the execution, installation, testing, and commissioning of Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) projects.



The candidate will be responsible for in office coordination with customers, contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and supervise IBMS project activities at site.
Coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, PA System, and other ELV systems.
Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed as per project schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and customers for site-related activities.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Support material management, inventory tracking, and site documentation.
Troubleshoot system issues during installation and commissioning.
Ensure adherence to EHS and company safety guidelines.
