ABOUT JAYSHREE HERITAGE
Jayshree Heritage is a premium Indian handloom saree brand focused on authentic craftsmanship, luxury presentation and responsible business practices.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive who can manage daily accounting, financial records, sales reconciliation, inventory-related transactions and e-commerce settlements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain accurate daily books of accounts.
Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments.
Prepare invoices, purchase entries, credit notes and debit notes.
Manage customer, supplier and vendor ledgers.
Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
Reconcile Shopify, GoKwik, COD and online-payment transactions.
Reconcile courier remittances, returns, RTOs and shipping charges.
Monitor marketplace and e-commerce settlements.
Maintain inventory-related purchase and sales records.




Track outstanding payments and follow up when required.
Assist with GST returns, TDS calculations and statutory records.
Organize bills, vouchers, invoices and supporting documents.
Prepare monthly sales, expense, profit and cash-flow reports.
Coordinate with the company’s Chartered Accountant for filings and compliance.
Maintain confidentiality of all company and financial information.
Support other finance, administrative and e-commerce operations when required.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Working knowledge of Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing and bank reconciliation.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to organize financial documents and meet deadlines.
Honest, dependable and comfortable handling confidential information.
