Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert working with grownup students and younger kids. The professional will design and deliver online sessions focused on phonics, pronunciation, voice modulation, and public speaking skills tailored to different age groups. Daily tasks include planning lesson content, creating interactive learning materials, conducting live classes, assessing learner progress,



and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to refine teaching methods, maintaining detailed records of sessions and outcomes, and ensuring an engaging, inclusive, and supportive virtual classroom setting. Flexibility in scheduling and a learner-centered approach are essential.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in phonics, English language fundamentals, and pronunciation suitable for both children and adult learners.
Demonstrated experience in public speaking, presentation skills, and confidence-building techniques for diverse age groups.
