ROLE OVERVIEW
The Regional Head will lead Founder First expansion, founder development, vendor-network growth and marketplace activation across the assigned region. The position requires strong regional leadership, execution discipline and the ability to coordinate founders, vendors, creators, institutions and internal teams.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute the regional growth strategy for Founder First and SarchBazar
• Identify, engage and support high-potential founders
• Conduct opportunity presentations, founder meetings, training sessions and regional events
• Establish state wise expansion plans with measurable targets
• Support founders in developing creator-led demand and vendor-led supply networks
• Monitor founder activity, vendor activation, market coverage and revenue performance
• Coordinate with technology, sales, marketing, training and operations teams
• Maintain strong governance, reporting standards and brand representation across the region
