Kosha Labs is building the data infrastructure for physical AI. We move massive multimodal robotics datasets from distributed on-prem systems to cloud infrastructure across the world.
We’re hiring a Senior Network Engineer to own the network layer behind petabyte-scale data movement.
This is a critical infrastructure role. You’ll design and operate systems capable of moving data reliably at 10–100+ Gbps across sites, countries, and cloud regions.
What you’ll own:
High-throughput LAN/WAN architecture
BGP, routing, peering, and traffic engineering
Dedicated and leased lines, carrier connectivity, and cross-border links
SD-WAN, VPNs, TLS, firewalls, and network security
AWS/OCI networking and cloud interconnects
Network architecture for petabyte-scale data ingestion
Performance tuning across latency, packet loss, congestion, and throughput
Monitoring, redundancy, failover, and reliability
Diagnosing bottlenecks across the entire path from edge systems to cloud storage
We’re looking for someone who has:
Built or operated large-scale production networks
Worked with 10/40/100+ GbE infrastructure
Robust understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, routing, switching, and network security
Experience with carrier-grade connectivity or high-bandwidth data transfer
Deep AWS, OCI, or similar cloud networking experience
The ability to debug difficult network problems from packet-level issues to global architecture
This is not an IT support role. You’ll own infrastructure that directly determines how quickly we can move and process robotics data at global scale.
If you’ve built high-throughput network infrastructure and want to work on one of the core scaling problems in physical AI, we’d love to talk.
