Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Mumbai. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines, updating and managing applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.



The Recruiter will partner with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, prepare job descriptions, support offer negotiations, and assist with onboarding coordination. The role also includes contributing to employer branding initiatives and providing regular reporting on recruitment metrics.
Qualifications

Robust skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines and relationships with potential candidates.
Competence in using recruitment tools, job portals, and applicant tracking systems.
Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritize multiple open roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
