Role Description The Export Operations role at Biomall.ai is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves managing end-to-end export processes, including preparing and verifying export documentation, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of shipments. The team member will handle import/export operations in compliance with international trade regulations, track shipment status, and resolve operational issues. Daily responsibilities also include responding to customer enquiries related to exports,



maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and collaborating with suppliers, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications
Mminimum 4 years experience in export-related activities, including Export Documentation and Export operations.
Handled temperature controlled / hazardous goods shipments
Hands-on experience in Import/Export Operations, with working knowledge of both Import and Export processes, Scomet, Narcotics and other regulations
Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage logistics related enquiries, address issues, and maintain professional communication with global clients.
Familiarity with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience using ERP or order management systems.
