Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will lead and manage a sales team, set performance targets, and oversee day-to-day sales operations to achieve business objectives across Bajaj Finserv’s product portfolio. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities,



building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and channel partners, and driving sales strategies aligned with company goals. The role involves monitoring sales performance metrics, preparing regular sales reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to improve customer experience and revenue growth. The Sales Manager will also coach and develop team members, ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements, and represent the company’s values in all interactions.
Qualifications
