Role Description The Team Leader (EdTech) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves overseeing a group of interns or learners, guiding them through learning modules, projects, and daily tasks. The Team Leader coordinates schedules, assigns responsibilities, and monitors progress to ensure program goals are met. They provide mentoring, feedback, and support, help resolve issues, and maintain transparent communication with both participants and management. The role also includes collaborating on curriculum improvements,



organizing sessions or workshops, and ensuring a positive, inclusive learning environment aligned with Internzvalley’s standards.

Qualifications
Ability to lead and manage teams, including mentoring, performance tracking, and conflict resolution.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with learners, stakeholders, and colleagues.
Experience or interest in edtech, training, or academic coordination, with basic understanding of online and blended learning models.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, schedules, and program requirements.
Comfort with using digital tools and platforms for collaboration, learning management, and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; education, management, or related fields preferred.
Prior experience in team leadership, teaching, tutoring, or internship coordination is an advantage.
