Role Description As a Senior Software Engineer at AxonStack, you will design, develop, and maintain back-end services and modern software systems that power digital products and automation solutions. You will write clean, efficient, and testable code, review code from peers, and contribute to architectural decisions and technical design. Daily work includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, and improving performance, reliability, and security of existing systems. You will mentor other engineers,



help define best practices, and participate in agile processes such as sprint planning and stand-ups. This is a full-time remote role.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development principles.
Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development and building scalable services.
Experience with modern frameworks, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Ability to design robust system architectures and troubleshoot complex production issues.
Comfort with agile methodologies, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
Several years of qualified software engineering experience; a degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
