We are a representative office in Wagholi, Pune, India, and we are actively expanding our team and looking for a suitable store assistant.

Responsibilities

daily warehousing operations, inward, outward, inventory and returns
stock checking and verification on weekly / monthly basis.
maintain serial number data with sale invoice.
dispatching material to customers by verifying purchase orders
ensuring the dispatch as per the SO by following the FIFO method
maintaining dispatch records (daily & monthly)
record keeping of inward/outward documents & dispatch documents
coordination with sales team

Qualifications

experience: freshers can apply
graduate
mandatory knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word,



and PowerPoint
excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory
highly motivated self-starter with good organizational skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and work cross-functionally
team player with the ability to work independently when required
