Our recruiters don’t just fill positions—they architect career journeys, leveraging data-driven sourcing, candidate experience design, and hiring funnel optimization to deliver strategic talent outcomes for startups, scale-ups, and Fortune 500 clients.

Role & Responsibilities

Source, engage, and qualify high-potential candidates across Tech, Product, Marketing, and Operations roles using LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio reviews, and proactive outreach.
Own full-cycle recruitment for 5–8 concurrent roles: from JD crafting and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff.
Partner with hiring managers to translate business goals into transparent role profiles, candidate success criteria, and hiring timelines.
Run structured interview processes with scorecards, feedback loops, and debriefs—ensuring quality, fairness, and speed.




Track and optimize key metrics: Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Source Quality, and Candidate NPS using ATS and dashboards.
Build and maintain a curated talent pipeline using Boolean searches, CRM tools, and employer branding content for passive candidates.
