We are looking for an experienced Quality Head to lead and manage the overall quality function at our plastic parts manufacturing facility. The role is responsible for establishing quality standards, managing the quality team, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that products consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements.

? Key Responsibilities :

✅ Lead and manage the overall Quality Department
✅ Establish, implement, and monitor quality standards and procedures
✅ Ensure quality control throughout the plastic injection moulding process
✅ Monitor incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities
✅ Analyze quality issues, customer complaints, and process deviations
✅ Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
✅ Drive continuous improvement and reduce rejection, rework, and customer complaints
✅ Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Purchase, and other departments to resolve quality issues ✅ Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation




✅ Ensure compliance with applicable quality management systems and customer requirements
✅ Lead internal and external quality audits
✅ Train and develop quality team members on quality procedures and inspection methods
✅ Monitor and improve key quality performance indicators

? Qualifications :

✔️ Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Plastic, or related Engineering field.
✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality, preferably in a plastic parts manufacturing / injection moulding industry.
✔️ Experience in managing a Quality Department or leading a quality team.
✔️ Strong knowledge of quality control tools and manufacturing processes.
✔️ Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 13485 and Good Manufacturing
Practices (GMP) will be an added advantage.
