Roles and Responsibilities: Design and develop custom AutoCAD automation solutions using AutoLISP, C#, .NET, ObjectARX, and AutoCAD APIs. Develop AutoCAD plugins, custom commands, ribbon applications, and engineering productivity tools. Automate engineering workflows, drawing generation, validation, annotation, reporting, and quality assurance processes. Collaborate with engineering teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions. Integrate AutoCAD with enterprise applications, databases, GIS platforms, and other engineering systems. Optimize existing automation tools for performance, reliability, and maintainability. Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support for CAD automation solutions.



Contribute to solution architecture, technical documentation, and best practices while mentoring junior engineers. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong programming experience in AutoLISP, Visual LISP, C#, .NET, AutoCAD .NET API, ObjectARX, and COM Automation. Experience developing AutoCAD plugins, custom applications, and engineering automation solutions. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, debugging, and software development best practices. Experience with SQL Server, REST APIs, Git/Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Office automation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Valuable to have experience in telecom engineering, including FTTx, OSP/ISP network design, fiber optic infrastructure, splicing, telecom tower design, and engineering drawing standards.
