Role Description

This role is focused on owning end-to-end delivery for client hiring needs through interview services. You will be responsible for ensuring interviews are executed smoothly, efficiently, and lead to successful hiring outcomes.

This is a high-ownership, delivery-focused role where you will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure consistent quality, speed, and reliability in hiring processes.

What You'll Do

Own end-to-end interview delivery service for client accountsUnderstand client hiring requirements (roles,



skills, timelines, urgency)Plan and manage interview flow to ensure timely executionCoordinate with internal teams and interviewers for smooth scheduling and completionEnsure interviews are conducted on time with high quality and proper feedbackAct as the primary point of contact for clients during active deliveryShare regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure smooth communicationTroubleshoot real-time issues (no-shows, reschedules, delays)Track key delivery metrics like:Turnaround Time (TAT)Interview completion ratesQuality of feedbackIdentify gaps in delivery (delays, low conversion, quality issues) and fix them proactivelyEnsure interview processes contribute effectively to client hiring outcomesManage invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups for assigned accountsMaintain overall account health through consistent delivery and communication
