We are hiring for a Finance Analyst – Record to Report (R2 R) role with one of the Fortune 500 organizations , based in Gurgaon .

Mandatory Requirements: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) 3.5–6 years of end-to-end Record to Report (R2 R) experience Strong understanding of financial reporting, general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, and compliance

Roles and Responsibility

Bachelor’s / master’s degree and CA, with experience and solid interest in accounting concepts. 4-6 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting, fixed assets and lease accounting, accrual/prepaid accounting and reconciliations, month end/year end close, accounting systems and procedures, consolidation of financials, audit controls and governance etc. Prior experience in taxation would be preferred.



Willingness to provide a wide range of financial services from routine tasks to intricate financial management data Oracle experience a plus (GL, Fixed Assets and AP), Hyperion, SAP Business Objects, MS Access and other comparable ERP systems experience preferred MS Excel, Power Point, Word proficiency and adaptable to different software applications Advanced Excel skills and/or experience with other analytical tools (such as Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) will be added advantage Support Financial statement and related schedule preparation for Indian Legal entity. Support Indirect tax activities. Execute monthly accounting tasks, including revenue and expense recording, ledger management, accruals, and journal entries, ensuring compliance with relevant standards. Review and reconcile financial statements, focusing on consolidation, accruals, and variance analysis.
