Role Description The HOD – Integrated Communications & Client Servicing is a full time, on-site leadership role based in New Delhi. This position oversees integrated communication strategies across events, digital, print, PR, and technology solutions,



ensuring consistent brand messaging and strong campaign performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading client servicing teams, managing key client relationships, understanding client objectives, and translating them into effective communication plans. The role involves supervising project delivery, coordinating with creative, production, and digital teams, and monitoring quality, timelines, and budgets. The HOD also drives account growth, prepares proposals and presentations, reviews performance metrics, and mentors team members to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications
Strong client-facing capabilities, including Client Services and Customer Service skills to manage accounts and build long-term relationships.
Excellent Communication skills to lead integrated campaigns, present strategies, and coordinate across internal and external stake
