About the Role

As a Retail Fashion Stylist at Bonsoir, you will be the face of the brand for our customers.
Your role will combine fashion styling, client interaction and sales. You will understand a customer's occasion, preferences, personality and requirements, and help them build the right look from start to finish.

From a sharp suit for a wedding reception to a complete ethnic look for a wedding, you will be responsible for making the customer's shopping experience feel personal, effortless and premium.
This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone who can sell through expertise, styling and genuine understanding of the customer.

What We're Looking For

Robust understanding of men's fashion, tailoring and styling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, well-groomed and comfortable interacting with affluent and discerning customers.
Strong sales orientation with the ability to build genuine customer relationships.
Good understanding of fit, proportions,



colours, fabrics and garment construction.
A natural ability to understand what a customer wants — sometimes even when they cannot articulate it themselves.
Comfortable working towards sales targets.
Strong attention to detail and a polished approach to customer service.
Experience in premium/luxury retail, fashion retail, menswear or personal styling is valued.

Has the confidence to make styling recommendations rather than simply show products.
