Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, vendor coordination, and adherence to service standards across managed homes and serviced apartments. The Operations Manager will monitor occupancy,



ensure smooth resident check-in and check-out processes, handle escalations, and work closely with internal teams to optimize turnaround time for new units. The role includes tracking operational metrics, implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the integration of technology solutions to streamline operations. The Operations Manager will also lead and coach on-site staff, foster a culture of accountability and customer focus, and collaborate with leadership to support business growth in the region.
Qualifications
Strong operations management skills, including experience overseeing daily property or hospitality operations, scheduling, and resource planning.
Competence in vendor and stakeholder management, with the ability to negotiate, supervise service providers, and maintain quality standards.
