A school admission is not a sales transaction. A family is making one of the most significant decisions of their child’s life, and the person guiding them through it carries real responsibility.

What you will own?

• The full admissions lifecycle — enquiry, campus tour, application, document verification, fee discussion and closure
• 90%+ achievement of admission targets, with a 35% lead-to-admission conversion benchmark
• Parent counselling across every channel, including escalation handling through to resolution
• Lead generation through preschool and local school partnerships, RWAs, expos, seminars and networking
• CRM discipline with clean data and accurate weekly MIS reporting

Who we are looking for?

• 4–7 years of experience in school admissions or education sales; K–12 exposure preferred
• Graduate in any discipline with a degree/diploma in Management, Marketing, Education or a related field




• Demonstrated target ownership, with the ability to speak confidently about your own conversion and closure numbers
• Proven outbound lead generation and field outreach experience, beyond inbound enquiry handling
• Hands-on experience with CRMs like Leadsquared, Meritto, Zoho, Hubspot etc. including basic funnel and MIS interpretation
• Excellent verbal and written communication, consultative selling, negotiation and influencing skills
• Fluent in English with working knowledge of Kannada, Hindi or Tamil will be an advantage
• Comfortable with weekend and extended-hours admissions events during peak periods
• Based in, or able to work from, the Sarjapur–Anekal belt
