Job Purpose

To monitor & track existing IFAs empanelled & create processes & systems for the development of the channel

Creating & launching processes as & when required in consultation with channel manager.
Reviewing & re-engineering existing processes & launch the same in the sales team.
Overlook existing processes & see if they are being followed properly & as per agreement.

Loyalty Program Management would include

Tracking & monitoring the success of loyalty program by means of regular MIS & trackers & other indicators like redemption of points, feedbacks received & change in market share of club members.
Create a dashboard of progress of club members under loyalty program.
To liaise with internal departments (marketing, operations,customer service etc ) for smooth continuity of the program & ensuring timely launch of specific initiatives under
