We're looking for a Salesforce Support Lead to own the day-to-day health, support, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce ecosystem. You'll be the go-to technical expert for troubleshooting complex issues, managing enhancements, and leading a small support function — with strong hands-on skills across both admin configuration and code-level debugging.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary escalation point for Salesforce issues across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring or critical incidents, driving fixes that prevent repeat issues rather than just patching symptoms
Debug and troubleshoot Apex code, triggers, and integrations — including analyzing debug logs and stack traces
Monitor and manage Governor limits across the org, optimizing bulk operations, SOQL/SOSL queries, and Apex logic to avoid limit exceptions
Write and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries for data investigation, reporting, and troubleshooting
Manage configuration changes: flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, and approval processes




Own sharing rules, role hierarchy, and org-wide defaults, ensuring data visibility aligns with business and security requirements
Support and maintain Experience Cloud (partner/customer portals), including access, layouts, and permissions
Manage dealer/partner network processes and support (dealer onboarding, data management, access provisioning, and issue resolution)
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
Coordinate and test releases, sandbox refreshes, and seasonal Salesforce updates
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior admins/support analysts
Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, RCAs, and known issues
