About the Role:
We are hiring Research Analyst for our Primary Research team, who will be responsible for collecting d through B2C surveys conducted over phone calls as well as field visits.This role involves directly interactions with individuals from our 1Network to gather insights through structured questionnaires and ensure quality responses are captured.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound phone calls to target respondents to administer surveys
Visit field locations when required to conduct in-person surveys
Explain study objectives and maintain respondent engagement
Accurately record responses in the system or Excel formats
Meet targets for call volumes, completed surveys, and fieldwork timelines
Coordinate with the internal team for updates, issues, or validations

What We’re Looking For:
Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi (regional languages a plus)




Confidence and patience while speaking with diverse respondent groups
Willingness to travel occasionally for field surveys (within city/region)
Graduate or post graduate in any stream – Freshers welcome
Experience in tele-calling, survey calling, field data collection, or market research is plus
Comfortable with basic Excel and data entry
Someone who believes has a talent of reading between the lines
Connects with people really well and understands them
Is a conversation starter, some can talk hours with

Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in oral and written English
Having a vernacular language
Bachelor's degree or higher from a top tier university
Fresher's can apply
