To Design, implement and mange Quality Assurance (QA) Initiative, Business Continuity Plan (BCP) of the organisation, Management Information System (MIS), Business intelligence (BI) system and rolling out of key recent process and service initiative with the objective of de-risking the business and to standardise and enhance the existing processes.

With lot of reliance on the service provider, proper definition and monitoring of the service level agreement with the service providers.
For the set up of the offshore companies in various countries and jurisdiction understanding of the respective regulations and understanding of the tax implication in order to have the best structure
