Sr. US Technical Recruiter / Senior IT Recruiter: 2 Years – 6 Years of experience

? What You’ll Do:
End-to-end sourcing, screening, and negotiating with IT professionals across the US market.
Work heavily with W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.
Leverage job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter) and ATS platforms to find top-tier tech talent.
Build strong pipelines for niche skills, engineering, and digital transformation roles.

? What We Are Looking For:
Experience:



6 months to 6 years in US IT Staffing (mandatory).
Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of tech stacks, US geographies, time zones, and visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, USC).
Drive: A result-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
