Primary Responsibilities

Provide 24x7 operational support for the Advocate Central platform, ensuring system availability, reliability, and performance across production and non-production environments
Monitor application, infrastructure, and platform health using enterprise monitoring and observability tools. Investigate alerts, perform initial triage, and coordinate incident resolution activities
Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation processes,



and release management activities to enable efficient and reliable software delivery
Assist with Azure cloud infrastructure administration, including application hosting, networking, security configurations, and platform maintenance
Participate in production deployments, change management activities, and post-deployment validation to ensure successful releases
Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, database, networking, and integration issues to minimize downtime and improve service reliability
Maintain operational runbooks, technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles to support platform operations
Collaborate with software engineering, security, infrastructure, and business teams to implement platform enhancements and operational improvements
Support security initiatives, including vulnerability remediation, access reviews, compliance activities, certificate management, and implementation of security
