Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business with existing and new customers in the automotive sector. Day-to-day activities include managing key client relationships, identifying market opportunities,



preparing and presenting proposals, and coordinating with internal engineering and production teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and delivery capabilities. The Sales Marketing Manager will analyze market trends, track competitor activities, manage pricing and negotiation, and contribute to branding and promotional initiatives. The role also involves preparing regular sales reports, forecasting, and collaborating with leadership to achieve revenue targets and support long-term strategic goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and marketing within manufacturing or automotive industries, with strong skills in customer relationship management, business development, and negotiation.
Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and campaign planning to support revenue growth.
