What You'll Do
Identify and reach out to potential schools, institutions, parents, and other customers.
Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, networking, and referrals.
Present CareStance and clearly communicate its value to potential customers.
Schedule and conduct sales calls/demos with schools and decision-makers.
Convert qualified leads into paid customers/partners.
Maintain follow-ups and build long-term relationships with clients.
Track leads, conversations, demos, conversions, and sales performance.
Who We're Looking For
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and approaching new people.
Sales/business development mindset.




Self-driven and target-oriented.
Prior sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Students, freshers, freelancers, and experienced sales professionals are welcome.
