Position Summary

Job Title: Services Associate - VRCT - Government and Public Services (GPS)

As a Services Associate, Contracts and Procurement Services on the Vendor Risk Compliance Team (VRCT), you will be responsible for:

Maintaining awareness of requirements and status associated with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) records and managing a personal portfolio for active GPS subcontract and prime entities
Collaborating with engagement teams, procurement specialists, and third parties to enter records in TPRM Gateway and complete required submission, renewal, and documentation steps
Reviewing system information, checking documentation for accuracy and completeness, and entering engagement and third-party data into appropriate forms, databases, and systems
Working with risk review groups and third parties to help expedite approvals, support reporting from TPRM Gateway, and analyze metrics tied to third-party diligence activity
Maintaining data accuracy for GPS third parties, documenting approvals and exceptions against purchase order line items,



and withdrawing or terminating records at the end of the period of performance

The team

Executes various tasks related to technical support and development of TPRM Gateway. Ensures risk policy and guidelines are followed as well as supports methods of communication and risk reporting for the U.S. Firms’ Risk and Brand Protection (R&BP;) Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program. Due diligence will include reviews by Independence, Anti-Corruption & Trade, Vendor Cyber Security, and other risk domains.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

Graduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce or Finance
1-3 years of qualified experience
Experience configuring, administering, or supporting an application or platform
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
Experience entering, maintaining, and reviewing data or docu
