We are looking for a Customer Service Executive – Sea Imports to join our growing team.

? Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sea Import Customer Service
US Import experience is preferred
Candidates must have experience in Freight Forwarding
❌ Profiles from Shipping Lines will not be considered
Willingness to work in the US Shift is mandatory
CargoWise experience is not mandatory but will be an added advantage
Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred
Solid communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills
