Title: Senior Azure Cloud Engineer – PeopleSoft & Integrations
Location: Remote from India for US Based Client
Type: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

Summary:
Looking for a Senior Azure/Cloud Engineer to support enterprise PeopleSoft/ERP environments hosted in Azure.
The primary focus will be Azure infrastructure, integration, troubleshooting, automation, security, and performance.
Candidate should be technically strong, senior, and able to work independently.

Key Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure, including VMs, networking, storage, load balancers, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery.
Implement and optimize Azure Backup, Site Recovery, and disaster recovery strategies for ERP workloads.
Ensure proper configuration of Azure AD, RBAC, and identity governance.
Collaborate with system administrators to support application servers, web servers, batch servers, and integration broker components running in Azure.
Monitor PeopleSoft performance and tune underlying Azure infrastructure to meet SLAs.




Experience supporting enterprise applications or ERP workloads in Azure/hybrid environments.
PeopleSoft experience is preferred, with knowledge of components such as WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, and PeopleTools.
Strong experience with integrations across multiple systems/applications and troubleshooting integration issues.
Experience with Terraform, Bicep/ARM, PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Azure DevOps.
Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud infrastructure, networking, applications, integrations, and performance.
Positive understanding of Azure security, RBAC, identity, SSO/SAML/OAuth, NSGs, firewalls, and Key Vault.
Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines for ERP or enterprise application deployments.
Experience with monitoring, performance tuning, root-cause analysis, and remediation.
SQL Server experience is a plus.
Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-700, or AZ-500 are a plus.
