We are looking for a Data Analyst based in Bangalore, India, to join our team and support process optimization and business intelligence efforts across the organization. In this role, the person will translate data into actionable insights, helping teams make faster, better-informed decisions while continuously improving how work gets done. Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Identify opportunities to streamline intake demand, eliminate non value added steps, and standardize processes to enhance compliance, improve
Track and report on key performance indicators (cycle time, adoption, efficiency gains, and user satisfaction) to demonstrate value realization and inform continuous improvement.
Delivers analytics metrics & dashboard including, but not limited to, RFP, Supplier, Contracts, Cashflow, Spend, Savings, Market Intelligence, Cost Intelligence to successfully achieve business objectives.




Collaborate effectively across matrix environment, build solid partnerships, good interpersonal, presentation, communication & negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Very well versed with business, data and technical language to connect processes, tools & data

Requirements:
Strong Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and dashboard/BI tools — Power BI or Tableau most likely
Experience building/tracking KPIs: cycle time, spend, savings, cost intelligence, market intelligence
Familiarity with procurement/contract lifecycle tools (CLM systems, RFP/sourcing platforms) — nice to have
Fluent in English language (written and spoken)
Process improvement mindset — Lean/Six Sigma exposure is a plus but not always required
Strong communication skills — this role has to explain data to non-data people (business stakeholders)
