Role Description The Career Counselor will provide individualized guidance to candidates seeking opportunities in the tech and IT sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting career assessments, facilitating one-on-one counseling sessions, and helping individuals identify strengths, interests, and suitable career paths. The role involves developing personalized career plans, assisting with resume and portfolio preparation,



and offering interview coaching and job search strategies. Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management.
Experience with Student Counseling or advising individuals transitioning into the tech and IT workforce.
