Role Description The Receptionist role at Modern Elegance Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and serving as the first point of contact for clients and partners. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries, managing appointment scheduling, maintaining front desk organization,

Qualifications

Strong Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including managing calls, appointments, and front desk operations
Excellent Phone Etiquette to handle inquiries and client interactions in a qualified manner
Effective Communication skills for clear, courteous interaction with clients, visitors, and team members
Proven Customer Service skills with a focus on creating a positive and welcoming experience
Basic computer literacy, including email, calendar tools, and office software
