We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to help identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities for Digismiths.
You will work closely with the founder, consultants, and technical team to connect with prospective customers, understand their business challenges, qualify opportunities, and move suitable prospects through the sales pipeline.
This is a consultative B2B technology sales role, not a script-based telecalling position. The role requires someone who can research businesses, start meaningful conversations, understand customer requirements, follow up professionally,



and develop long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential B2B customers in target industries and markets.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals, directories, and outbound channels.
Initiate conversations with founders, business owners, managers, and other decision-makers.
Understand customer business processes, challenges, and technology requirements.
Qualify opportunities based on business need, fit, urgency, and commercial potential.
Schedule discovery calls and solution discussions.
Coordinate with consultants and technical teams to develop suitable solutions.
Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial discussions.
Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, follow-up, and activity information in CRM.
Consistently nurture prospects and longer-term opportunities.
Develop relationships with referral partners and business partner
