Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
8+ years of CAD/drafting experience in infrastructure engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience on international linear infrastructure projects (roads, highways, metro, rail, LRT, track design, etc.).
Expertise in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, OpenRoads, OpenRail, and related platforms.
Strong understanding of alignment geometry, corridor modelling, cross‑sections, rail profiles, and utility interfaces.
Experience with cloud collaboration tools (ProjectWise, BIM360, Bentley CONNECT).
Familiarity with global design standards (AASHTO, BS/EN, AREMA, Eurocode, IRC).
Capability to work with multicultural and geographically distributed teams.
Solid documentation and quality‑control mindset
