This is the role that keeps EnerZ grounded in reality. You've actually run or electrified a fleet — as a fleet/logistics manager, ops lead, or sustainability practitioner — and you know the daily texture of dispatch, uptime, driver management, charging schedules, and cost-per-km.
You'll give us instant credibility with fleet buyers, make sure we build features operators will genuinely use, and turn our decarbonization pitch into something operationally true.

What you'll do
? Own the operating playbook for EnerZ Flash, Ride, Rick, and Corporate fleets — dispatch, uptime, driver onboarding, charging/energy scheduling
? Sit between operations and product: define real workflows so we build what fleet managers need, not what looks valuable in a demo
? Build the decarbonization case for fleet clients — emissions saved, TCO vs. diesel/petrol, charging economics
? Be a trusted voice in client conversations; join sales calls where domain credibility closes deals
? Design SOPs and metrics (utilization,



cost-per-km, on-time %, energy cost per trip) and hold the org to them

What we're looking for
✅ 6+ years in fleet operations, last-mile logistics, or commercial mobility — with hands-on ownership of a live fleet
✅ Direct experience running or transitioning vehicles to EV, or deep knowledge of EV fleet economics
✅ Strong grasp of unit economics: cost-per-km, utilization, charging/energy costs, driver management
✅ Credible in front of enterprise and 3PL buyers
✅ Practical and operational; allergic to theory that doesn't survive contact with a depot

Bonus points
⭐ Familiarity with sustainability/emissions reporting (GHG Protocol, BRSR, carbon credits)
⭐ Experience with e-2W / e-3W / LCV fleets specifically
⭐ Network across Kerala / South India logistics or mobility operators
