About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on India Domestic Technical Recruiter who can drive end‑to‑end hiring for Engineering, Product, Data, Cloud, and IT roles across India. This role requires strong sourcing capability, deep understanding of technical skill sets, and the ability to close positions quickly in a fast-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for domestic technical roles (Engineering, IT, Product, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Support).
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, market availability, and sourcing strategy.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, StackOverflow, internal databases, and referral networks.
Screen candidates for technical competency, communication, cultural fit, and salary alignment.
Coordinate interviews, drive feedback loops, and ensure smooth candidate experience.
Negotiate offers, manage expectations, and close candidates within defined timelines.
Maintain accurate data in ATS and ensure compliance
