Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
• Has strong culinary skills & product development experience
• Understands Indian food, flavours & modern QSR operations
• Can develop consistent recipes, SOPs & kitchen systems
• Has a robust understanding of food quality, hygiene & costing
• Can build and train a kitchen team
• Thinks like a business partner, not only a chef
• Wants to build something long-term with the founders
