About The Role

We are looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our end-to-end digital presence, brand visibility, performance marketing and inbound lead generation across social media, search engines, digital advertising and other relevant online channels.

The ideal candidate should be both strategic and hands-on, with strong experience in SEO, performance marketing, social media, content marketing, paid campaigns and team management. The person will be responsible for building our digital brand, increasing online reach and, most importantly, creating measurable business impact through qualified inbound leads and revenue opportunities for our IT services and ERP products.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Brand Presence




Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
Manage and strengthen the company’s digital presence across all relevant platforms.
Build brand visibility, credibility and thought leadership in the IT & ERP space.
Identify recent digital channels, trends and growth opportunities.
Maintain consistent brand messaging and communication across platforms.
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
Execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms.
Generate qualified inbound leads for IT Services and ERP products.
Optimize target audiences, landing pages and conversion funnels.
Work with Sales to improve lead quality, conversions and revenue.
Track campaign performance and maximize ROI.
SEO & Organic Growth
Develop and implement an effective SEO strategy for company websites and product/service pages.
Conduct keyword research, competi
