Elite & Accurate Medical Billing, LLC is looking for a qualified Medical Coder to join our team for an on-site position.
This opportunity is for a serious, dependable professional who has strong medical coding knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced medical billing environment.
Position: Medical Coder
Work Location: On-Site — Mohali Distirct
Employment Type: (Full-Time)
Schedule: (Night Shift India's Time Zone)

Responsibilities
Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
Verify documentation supports reported diagnoses and procedures.
Apply appropriate modifiers and coding guidelines.
Identify coding errors, missing documentation, and potential claim issues.
Maintain accuracy and productivity standards.
Follow payer requirements, CPT, ICD-10-CM, NCCI,



and applicable CMS guidelines.
Communicate professionally with billing and administrative staff regarding coding questions.
Qualifications
Previous professional medical coding experience required.
CPC, CCS, or equivalent coding certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
Understanding of E/M coding and medical documentation requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
Experience with medical billing software/EMR systems preferred.
