Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves managing and nurturing relationships with homebuyers and developers, understanding their requirements, and providing timely, accurate information on available properties and projects. The Relationship Manager will coordinate site visits, follow up on leads, support negotiations, and ensure a smooth experience from initial inquiry to closure.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining updated client records, collaborating with internal sales and marketing teams, and sharing market insights to help optimize customer engagement and project performance.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
Sales and negotiation skills, including experience handling leads, conducting follow-ups, and supporting deal closures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with explicit spoken and written English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of real estate markets and property transactions, or a strong interest in developing expertise in the real estate sector.
Good organizational and time-management abilities, including maintaining accurate records and handling multiple clients and projects.
