Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager will manage and grow IKW Designs’ presence across key social media platforms, with a focus on engaging audiences and driving brand awareness and sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and curating content that aligns with brand guidelines, and optimizing posts for reach and engagement. The role also involves monitoring trends, analyzing performance metrics, coordinating with design and marketing teams,



and responding to community interactions and messages in a timely manner. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand accounts and campaigns.
Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy across multiple platforms.
Digital Marketing knowledge, including basic understanding of paid ads, analytics, and performance tracking.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to represent the brand consistently.
Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, third-party schedulers).
Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics, basic familiarity with photo/video editing tools is a plus.
Prior experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce marketing is preferred.
