Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 / month (In-hand) + Performance Incentives + 100% Local Travel Expenses
Experience: Fresher / Entry-Level (Early 20s preferred)
Education: 12th Pass, Diploma, or Any Graduate (Engineering / Electrical / Renewable background is a plus)

Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, ambitious Junior Project Coordinator based in Jaipur. This hands-on role bridges on-ground project execution and client relationship management. You will work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure timely project delivery, smooth day-to-day operations, and transparent communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Tracking & Execution: Assist in scheduling daily tasks, monitoring on-site progress, tracking timelines, and resource coordination.
* Client & Vendor Communication: Serve as a proactive point of contact, managing routine updates, follow-ups, and meeting coordination.
* Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily project logs, material checklists, progress sheets, and client documentatio
