About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Associate who is energetic, people-friendly and eager to learn.
You will work closely with our brand partners, B2B clients and internal teams to ensure their cashback and product-scan programs run smoothly and customers receive a great experience.
This is a great chance for a fresher who wants to learn B2B business, customer success, technology and startup operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication with brand and B2B clients.




Understand client requirements and help them successfully use Verify App.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
Monitor cashback/product-scan campaigns and ensure smooth execution.
Handle customer and partner queries through phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Build strong relationships with existing clients and support their ongoing requirements.
Assist the sales team with B2B client onboarding and account management.
Prepare basic reports, campaign updates and client communication.
Identify customer issues and proactively find solutions.
Learn the Verify App product and understand how brands use loyalty and cashback programs to grow their business.
