Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Chennai Area. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with corporate and individual clients, and expanding Pro Entrex’s presence in premium car rental services. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals,



negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and high client satisfaction. The role also includes market research, tracking sales performance, and contributing to business growth strategies and revenue targets.
Qualifications
Solid business development, sales, and client relationship management skills, with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Experience in account management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation, particularly in services or mobility, travel, or hospitality sectors.
Ability to analyze markets, develop growth strategies, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with professional fluency in English; additional regional languages are an asset.
