Job Description:

Role Objectives:

Support the establishment and deployment of the GCM Evidence Strategy &Planning; team, initially standing up and operationalizing the evidence record centralization before expanding oversight to the full portfolio of IEP coordination, evidence reuse assessment, PRO/COA benchmarking, and scenario planning support activities as the team scales .

Manage a growing team of Strategy & Planning Leads, ensuring high-quality, consistent execution of evidence planning operations, and helping create seamless transitions across the GCM and Global Evidence Generation Strategy &Planning; team on all evidence documentation, governance, and planning support activities .

Key Responsibilities:





Initial Capability Build Evidence Records Maintenance :

Support the design and establishment of evidence record management processes within the GCM, including defining repository standards, naming conventions, metadata requirements, access controls, and retention categories in close coordination with Global Evidence Generation before full GCM transition
Act as a senior quality reviewer of evidence record centralization and reuse assessment activities during the initial build phase, before team capacity is fully established
Identify and resolve early-stage process gaps, ambiguities in scope boundaries between GCM and Global Evidence Generation, and repository readiness issues before they affect downstream evidence governance

Evidence Strategy & Planning Operations Oversight:
