Role Objectives:

Lead GCM digital-content operations and analytics, including channel readiness, content dissemination, omnichannel performance measurement and continuous improvement
Translate approved Medical channel priorities into scalable operational plans, common measurement standards and actionable content and channel insights
Partner with Global Medical teams, Data Dissemination capabilities, LOCs, DD&T; and Medical Excellence to run and enhance enterprise omnichannel capabilities
